HQ Hair accepts multiple international payment methods to support B2B clients:

Orders will not be processed until payment confirmation is completed.

The remaining balance must be settled before shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. HQ Hair is not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
If products arrive damaged or incorrect:
The customer must notify HQ Hair within a reasonable time after delivery
Supporting photos or videos may be required for verification
HQ Hair will review each case and coordinate appropriate solutions based on the specific situation and carrier policies.
For lost shipments, HQ Hair will assist in tracking and working with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Order processing and shipment handling are conducted during business days:
